USPTGear ships orders using the United States Postal Service (USPS) and United Postal Service (UPS). For packages weighing 2 lbs. or less are shipped using USPS; FPO/APO orders are shipped via First Class Mail or Priority Mail depending on weight. You may check the US Postal Service website at www.usps.com for information about shipping times. Packages over 2 lbs. are shipped using UPS Ground Delivery, unless a customer makes other arrangements with us by telephone within 24 hours of placing the order. Products are shipped from our warehouses, which are located in New York and Virginia. UPS packages cannot be shipped to Post Office Boxes.
USPTGear reserves the right to add surcharges for any unusually bulky or heavy items. In those few circumstances, we will obtain your prior agreement before charging you and shipping your order.

It is possible that an order could be shipped from more than one warehouse in separate packages. UPS packages cannot be shipped to Post Office Boxes.
